This 1–5 L stand-up zipper pouch is designed for beer concentrate and built around a light-protected, high-barrier PET/AL/PE foil laminate for aroma retention and oxygen/moisture control. The reclosable zipper supports partial use after opening, while the stand-up base gives stable shelf presence in German and EU retail or food-service environments. Film is food-contact grade and can be specified with a mono-PE recyclable structure where shelf-life and filling trials confirm suitability for PPWR-aligned packaging programmes. Gusset, zipper profile, tear notch and hang-hole options are reviewed against the filling line and pack weight before final tooling.

Filling is typically through the open top before the zipper is closed and sealed, so the pouch can be integrated with manual, semi-automatic or automatic filling lines after a line trial. Artwork is produced with 10-colour rotogravure printing for crisp brand colours, product information and EU label content, with matte or gloss finishes and registered matte windows available.
