Guangdong Kody Packaging Products Co., Ltd. is a flexible-packaging manufacturer in Dongguan, China. Through qrjf.ltd we support German and EU buyers who need bag-in-box, aseptic bags, spout pouches, spouted liners and roll film for wine, juice, dairy and liquid foods. Our work starts with the filling line and the packaging brief: fill volume, spout type, barrier and shelf-life, closure, outer carton, and the recyclability or mono-material target. We quote from drawings and samples, not from a generic catalogue, and keep specifications in English for approval before production.
The Dongguan site includes a 15,000 m² clean workshop and 10-colour rotogravure printing for consistent brand colours and technical print coverage. Production covers bag-in-box liners, spouted pouches, spouted liners and roll film, with spout insertion, sealing, slitting and inspection matched to the agreed specification. We control web tension, print registration, seal parameters and spout placement because these directly affect filling-line speed and leak performance. Before shipment, bags and liners are checked for dimensions, seal strength, leak tightness and print appearance against the approved standard.
For EU food-contact projects, we work to the requirements of Regulation (EC) No 1935/2004 and Commission Regulation (EU) No 10/2011 for plastic materials. Material declarations, migration test reports from accredited laboratories, and batch traceability can be supplied according to the application and risk assessment. We do not issue certificates we do not hold; instead, we align the proposed structure with the buyer’s compliance file and identify where testing or documentation is needed. Printing inks, adhesives and spout resins are reviewed with the same food-contact discipline as the base film.
Overseas buyers usually send filling-line data, fill volume, spout or tap type, film width, shelf-life target and recycling class. We respond with a structure proposal, estimated material use, print proof and sample plan. After sample approval, we produce a pilot batch, record seal and leak results, and prepare documents for incoming goods inspection. Orders are packed for sea or air freight with agreed labels and batch identification. Communication is in English, with technical questions answered in writing so German and EU buyers can keep approval records.

Bag-in-box for liquid foods
Bag-in-box liners and spouted bags for wine, juice and dairy, with film structures selected for barrier, fill volume, tap or spout type and case compatibility. We match web width and seal geometry to the buyer’s filling equipment before sampling.
Mono-material recyclable structures
Mono-PE and mono-PP options for pouches, liners and roll film, designed around the recycling stream and PPWR design criteria. We review sealability, stiffness, barrier and spout compatibility, then confirm the structure through filling trials and material declarations.
EU food-contact documentation
We prepare material declarations, migration test reports from accredited laboratories and batch traceability for the agreed application. The structure is checked against Regulation (EC) No 1935/2004 and Regulation (EU) No 10/2011, with open points identified before tooling or production.
Filling-line fit and sampling
Send film width, fill volume, spout or tap, cycle speed and seal conditions. We return a structure proposal and sample bags for line trials, then adjust seal geometry, film thickness and spout placement before the production run.

Send the brief

Structure proposal
We propose film layers, thickness, spout, seal geometry and print method, with estimated material use and mono-material options. The proposal flags compliance documents, sample lead time and production assumptions for approval.
Print proof
Artwork is checked for colour build, registration, bleed, barcode and legal text. We supply a digital or press proof for approval; the approved proof becomes the print standard for the production batch.
Sample and trial
We produce sample bags or liners for filling-line trials. Seal strength, leak tightness, drop performance, spout fit and runnability are reviewed; changes to film or seal parameters are agreed before the pilot batch.
Pilot and approval
A pilot batch confirms print, dimensions, spout placement and seal settings. We record inspection results and send pre-production samples or documents so the buyer can release the specification for serial production.
Production and shipping
Serial production follows the approved specification, with in-process checks on print, seals, dimensions and spout insertion. Finished goods are packed with agreed labels and batch records for sea or air freight.
