The standard structure is PET/VMPET/PE for aroma and oxygen barrier, with PE food-contact sealant for reliable zipper closure and optional wide-bore fitment for high-viscosity filling. For PPWR-aligned projects, a mono-PE recyclable structure can be evaluated against your shelf-life and filling requirements. The pouch format supports 6 l and other foodservice capacities, with reinforced bottom gusset and stable stand-up presentation. Film is supplied as food-contact grade, and technical documentation can be discussed during sampling.
