This roll film is specified for aseptic puree pouches used on automatic form-fill-seal and convert-to-pouch lines. The standard high-barrier build is PET/VMPET/PE, with PET/AL/PE available for demanding oxygen and light protection; a mono-PE/EVOH option supports recyclability-focused projects where barrier and processing trials confirm suitability. Films are food-contact grade and can be supplied in roll widths, core diameters and rewind directions matched to the filler. Low seal-initiation layers support puree filling, spout insertion and valve formats, while puncture-resistant outer layers help resist handling damage. For Germany and the EU, we can review filling temperature, headspace, desired shelf life and sterilisation route before recommending a structure.
Printing is by 10-colour rotogravure, allowing brand colours, ingredient imagery, filling-volume marks and EU-language legal copy to be reproduced consistently across production runs. We work from approved artwork and provide digital proofs plus physical sample rolls or finished pouches for line trials before mass production. For aseptic puree applications, the film can be ordered with controlled coefficient of friction, defined seal width and tailored oxygen/moisture barrier to match the filling equipment. Roll film is supplied unspouted for in-line spout application, or in formats compatible with your pouch-making process; spout and valve specifications are confirmed against the filler. Typical MOQ is from 500 kg per printed SKU, with sampling in about 7–10 working days and production lead times of 15–25 working days after artwork approval and deposit.
The roll film format supports efficient transport and storage before filling, reducing finished-bag inventory compared with pre-made pouches. It is suited to aseptic puree formats such as fruit and vegetable purées, dairy-based purées and culinary sauces where the process and barrier requirements have been validated. We can discuss mono-material and recyclable structures aligned with PPWR objectives, but final suitability depends on filling line, sterilisation, shelf-life target and local sorting infrastructure. Please share roll width, pouch dimensions, spout type, fill volume, product pH, process temperature and expected annual volume. Our Dongguan factory operates a 15,000 m² clean workshop with 10-colour rotogravure printing, spout pouch, bag-in-box and roll film production, enabling coordinated trials and scale-up for German and EU buyers.
