The standard structure is PET/VMPET/PE, with PET/AL/PE available when a higher oxygen and light barrier is required; the PE sealing layer is selected for reliable heat seals and resistance to vinegar-based fills. Film thickness, sealant gauge and roll width can be specified to suit vertical or horizontal form-fill-seal equipment, spout insertion, and downstream BIB conversion. The web runs cleanly on tension-controlled lines and supports stable filling, sealing and handling. Food-contact grade materials are used, and EU-oriented recyclability options such as mono-PE structures can be reviewed against the filling format and shelf-life target. Printing is carried out by 10-colour rotogravure, allowing brand colours, ingredient information, filling instructions and EU market labels to be reproduced consistently across repeat orders.
