Product Overview

This valve pouch is designed for aseptic puree applications where product protection and clean dispensing matter. The pouch format supports 1–10 L fills and combines a high-barrier flexible structure—typically PET/VMPET/PE or an EVOH-containing PE structure—with a weld-in spout valve for closed filling and controlled emptying. Food-contact grade film grades are selected for the intended puree recipe, processing temperature and shelf-life target. For German and EU buyers, the construction can be reviewed against filling-line interface, valve fitment, cap options and applicable food-contact requirements. Mono-material or recyclable structures can be quoted where barrier and aseptic performance allow, supporting PPWR-aligned packaging programmes without overstating certification.

Filling-line fit is central: the valve pouch can be supplied with spout and valve dimensions matched to your aseptic filler, cap style and case-packing layout. We recommend confirming fill volume, puree viscosity, particulate size and expected filling temperature before tooling. Printing uses 10-colour rotogravure for crisp brand colour, ingredient panels and EU market label content on qualified film substrates. Typical MOQ for custom-printed valve pouches is discussed against bag size, film structure and print coverage; sampling can include plain or printed pilot bags for line trials. Please provide artwork, target capacity and valve specification so the quotation reflects the actual construction rather than a generic stock pouch.

Production is handled in our Dongguan factory with a 15,000 m² clean workshop and rotogravure printing capacity, allowing valve pouch supply from film lamination through bag making and valve insertion to be coordinated in one place. For aseptic puree projects, we focus on repeatable seal integrity, valve placement and clean-cut edges, with inspection points agreed against your finished-bag specification. Lead time is confirmed after artwork approval, film structure and valve availability are locked. EU buyers can request food-contact documentation for the selected film and fitment, plus samples for filling and distribution trials. This listing is for a custom valve pouch—not a stock stand-up spout bag—so final dimensions, valve type, barrier level and print layout are specified per project.
