This foil pouch is positioned for liquid egg in Germany and the wider EU market, using a high-barrier aluminium-laminate structure such as PET/AL/PE with food-contact grade film. The format is available in 1–10 l capacities with spout and cap options selected around the intended filling line, pack handling and distribution conditions. The pouch construction is designed to support oxygen, light and moisture protection for liquid egg, while the spout area can be reviewed for filling, sealing and closure fit. Printing uses 10-colour rotogravure, suitable for German-language retail artwork, batch-coding zones and preparation instructions, with matte or gloss finishes available. Artwork approval, colour targets and print registration are checked during pre-production sampling. MOQ is typically 10,000 pcs per SKU and design, with sampling before bulk production so that the spout, film structure and print specification are confirmed before the full run.

As a foil pouch, the aluminium-laminate structure prioritises barrier and shelf-life rather than mono-material recyclability.
