This 5 L foil pouch for fruit juice is engineered around a high-barrier, food-contact-grade laminate such as PET/AL/PE or PET/VMPET/PE, selected to protect aroma, colour and vitamin profile while supporting pasteurised or ambient juice formats. The wide-bore spout and cap assembly can be specified for automatic fill-through-spout lines, with fitment dimensions confirmed against your filler, capper and leak-test setup. The pouch format is suitable for bulk juice, concentrate and foodservice dispensing, and can be adapted in nominal capacity and spout position for EU filling projects. Film grade, thickness and spout material are matched to the juice recipe, process temperature and shelf-life target.
Printing is handled on our 10-colour rotogravure press, allowing brand graphics, juice variety coding, regulatory text and batch information to be reproduced consistently across repeat orders. Artwork can be supplied as AI, PDF or editable production files, and our prepress team checks colour separations, minimum type sizes and print-position tolerances before cylinder making. For EU buyers, we keep discussions focused on food-contact-grade film, ink and adhesive selection suitable for the intended juice-contact application; final compliance documentation is agreed per project. Typical custom MOQ starts at 10,000 pouches per design, with lower quantities considered for trials. Sampling usually includes a plain or printed prototype for fit, fill and spout-handling checks before production.
Filling-line fit is reviewed early: spout diameter, cap type, pouch stiffness, film coefficient of friction and pack dimensions are matched to your automatic filler, capper and case-packing layout. We support trial runs with sample rolls or pouches so operators can check spout insertion, fill speed, headspace, sealing and leak performance before scale-up. Production takes place in our Dongguan facility with 15,000 m² workshop space and 10-colour rotogravure printing. Lead time is confirmed after artwork approval, cylinder readiness and sample sign-off; typical production runs are scheduled around 20–30 working days depending on quantity and structure.
