This 480 ml stand-up pouch is designed for still mineral water in single-serve and on-the-go formats. The pouch combines a shaped stand-up base with a welded food-contact spout and an optional carry handle, allowing stable shelf presentation and easy drinking or pouring. Standard construction uses a PE-based, recyclable-ready film for mono-material projects; a clear PET/PE laminate is available where extra stiffness and print brilliance are required. All film grades are food-contact grade and can be supplied with EU food-contact compliance documentation for buyer review. The spout and cap are specified to suit common pouch filling and capping lines, with sampling available to confirm fit before production.
Printing is carried out on 10-colour rotogravure presses, which support detailed brand graphics, clean colour transitions and consistent repeat quality across long runs. The stand-up pouch format allows front, back and gusset panels to be used for product information, mineral-water origin, EU labelling and recycling guidance. Typical MOQ for printed mineral-water pouches is 10,000 pieces per design; smaller sampling quantities can be discussed before artwork approval. We provide pre-production samples and filling-line trials so German and EU buyers can check spout orientation, cap torque, pouch stability and carton packing. Artwork files, colour targets and bar-code placement are reviewed before plates are made, helping avoid costly changes at the filling stage.
The pouch is intended for automatic and semi-automatic filling lines, with spout fitments selected to match the buyer’s filler, capper and downstream case-packing equipment. Filling temperatures, water quality, cap style and secondary packaging should be confirmed during sampling so the final pouch performs reliably in the German and EU supply chain. Production takes place in a 15,000 m² clean workshop with in-house printing and pouch making. Typical lead time is 15–25 working days after artwork, plates and deposit approval, depending on print complexity and order volume. Recyclable-ready PE-based options support PPWR-aligned packaging strategies, while clear PET/PE laminates remain available for projects prioritising shelf impact and stiffness.
