This 3–10 L valve pouch is configured for dairy cream, including UHT cream, whipped cream and dairy concentrates. The pouch body uses food-contact-grade laminated film selected for dairy filling; typical structures are PET/AL/PE for barrier, PET/PE for clear presentation, or mono-PE/EVOH where a recyclability-oriented pack is preferred. A weld-in valve supports controlled dispensing and resealing, while the bottom gusset and reinforced seals stabilise the pouch during filling, palletising and chilled or ambient distribution. Capacity can be adjusted across 3 L, 5 L and 10 L formats, with valve placement, seal geometry and film stiffness reviewed against the customer’s filling equipment before sampling.
Filling-line fit is a central part of the specification. The valve pouch can be supplied flat or pre-opened for automated filling through the valve, depending on the filler and product viscosity. We review valve throat, cap torque, pouch opening, film stiffness and seal width with the customer’s line team to reduce changeover risk. For barrier-sensitive dairy cream, PET/AL/PE is a practical option; for chilled cream, PET/PE or PE/EVOH may suit. Sampling starts with a stock or unprinted valve pouch for line trials, followed by a production-intent sample after artwork, film structure and valve choice are approved. Trial reports are based on the customer’s own filling and distribution tests, not assumed performance.
Custom printing is produced by 10-colour rotogravure, with matt or gloss film surfaces and artwork prepared for German market labelling, lot coding and cream-product information. Print registration and colour targets are approved before filling trials; plates and print samples are handled as part of the project brief. Custom printed MOQ is 10,000 pouches per SKU, while unprinted or stock-fitment trial quantities can be discussed for line qualification. Typical sampling is 7–10 working days after artwork and structure approval, with production lead time confirmed after sample sign-off and order release. The listing is intended for EU food-contact review and PPWR-aligned packaging planning; final compliance depends on the selected film, valve and intended dairy-cream contact conditions.
