This 5–20 l Bag-in-Box for fruit juice uses a flexible aseptic liner inside a rigid outer carton to support safe storage, transport and dispensing for German and EU juice producers. The liner can be built in PET/AL/PE for high oxygen and light barrier, PET/VMPET/PE for metallized barrier, or a mono-PE recyclable option for PPWR-aligned projects. A fitment spout and valve are selected to match the filling line, closure system and dispense format, whether for NFC juice, concentrate, blends or dairy-adjacent beverages. Film surfaces are food-contact grade, and the construction is specified around the juice’s acidity, shelf-life target and filling temperature. We confirm structure, fitment and carton interface against your sample or drawing before production.
Printing is available by 10-colour rotogravure for brand graphics, juice-type coding, batch information and German/EU market language, with artwork checked for fitment clearance and carton registration. The bag-in-box format can be supplied for automatic or semi-automatic filling, with spout and valve options chosen around fill rate, headspace, cleaning and dispense requirements. Before mass production, we provide pre-production samples so buyers can trial liner fit, cap torque, filling-line handling and carton insertion. Standard custom MOQ is 10,000 bags per size and print design, with lower quantities discussed for trial or multi-structure projects. Sampling typically takes 7–12 working days after artwork and fitment confirmation, and production timing is confirmed against final quantity, film structure and filling format.
For EU-focused projects, we can review mono-PE and other recyclability-led structures against the filling, shelf-life and dispensing needs of fruit juice, while keeping the outer carton and liner fitment practical for existing bag-in-box lines. High-barrier PET/AL/PE or PET/VMPET/PE liners remain available where oxygen and light protection are the priority; mono-PE options can support PPWR-aligned packaging discussions and recyclability testing by the buyer. All constructions use food-contact grade film and are specified around the intended juice chemistry, pasteurisation or aseptic process, and storage conditions. Please share capacity, fitment drawing, target shelf life, filling temperature and print artwork so we can recommend a liner, spout/valve set and sampling plan before issuing a quotation.
