This 1–10 L valve pouch is built for herbal extract producers in Germany and the EU who need practical liquid dispensing without over-specifying the format. The standard high-barrier structure is PET/VMPET/PE, with an optional mono-PE recyclable construction where barrier and shelf-life requirements allow. Food-contact grade film, controlled sealing and a fitment welded into the pouch help support filling-line integration and leak-conscious handling. The valve/spout configuration is selected for controlled pouring or dispensing, and can be matched to your filling equipment and closure preference. Artwork is produced with 10-colour rotogravure printing for clear brand, dosage and batch information on the finished pouch.

For herbal extract, the valve pouch can be configured for low-viscosity to semi-viscous liquids, with a fitment and cap selected to suit your filling nozzles, torque settings and end-use dispensing routine. The pouch format supports batch coding, lot traceability and clear front/back panels for EU label information, while the welded valve area is designed for controlled opening and resealing in daily use. We keep the project practical: confirm capacity, film structure, valve type, artwork and filling method, then approve a pre-production sample before mass production. Standard MOQ is 10,000 pouches per size and print design; lower quantities can be discussed for trial runs. Sampling typically follows artwork and dieline approval, with production scheduled after sample sign-off.
