Designed for vinegar, this 4 L spout pouch uses a high-barrier PET/AL/PE laminate: PET for print and mechanical strength, aluminium foil for light, oxygen and moisture barrier, and a food-contact PE sealant for spout welding and pouch seals. The pouch format supports liquid filling through the spout or open top, then spout-fitment closing on semi-automatic or automatic lines. We can adapt the capacity within a practical 1–5 L range and tune film thickness and spout diameter to the fill volume, closure system and handling conditions required by German and wider EU buyers.
Branding is produced by 10-colour rotogravure, allowing precise colour matching and consistent repeat on PET/AL/PE film. We support artwork checks for spout position, seal margins, tear notches where specified, and print registration before plates are released. Standard MOQ is 10,000 pouches per artwork, with lower trial quantities discussed only where the specification and production schedule allow. Sampling typically includes a plain-structure sample for fill and spout fit, followed by a printed pre-production sample after artwork approval. For EU buyers, we can review ink and adhesive combinations against the intended vinegar application and provide food-contact grade film options rather than claiming a universal certification.
For recyclability planning under PPWR, we can evaluate a mono-PE or mono-material spout pouch where the vinegar shelf-life, fill temperature and distribution conditions allow; otherwise the PET/AL/PE foil laminate remains the robust barrier choice. Spout options include standard food-contact spouts and closures suited to liquid filling, with valve or tap formats reviewed against the use case. Filling-line fit is confirmed through spout diameter, pouch dimensions, fill volume and case packing. Typical production lead time is 20–30 days after artwork and sample approval, depending on film availability and spout stock; final specifications should be agreed with a sample-led trial before scale production.
