This spout pouch is built for sauce base packed in 1–5 L formats, giving German and EU buyers a practical alternative to rigid jars and buckets. The standard food-contact grade laminate can be specified as PET/VMPET/PE for aroma and oxygen control, or as a PP-based mono-material structure where the filling temperature, shelf life and barrier brief allow a more recyclable format. The sealed pouch body, corner or centre spout and matched cap are selected around the sauce viscosity, particulate size and filling-line interface. We confirm film thickness, spout bore and cap type during sampling rather than assuming one fitment suits every recipe.
Printing is handled by 10-colour rotogravure on the qrjf.ltd production line, so brand blocks, ingredient panels, QR codes and German-language regulatory text can be reproduced with repeatable colour control. We recommend artwork that respects the spout and seal zones, with matt or gloss surface options and registration tolerances agreed before plates are cut. For filling, the pouch can be supplied pre-made with spout and cap for automatic or semi-automatic filling lines; we review spout orientation, cap torque and headspace with the buyer's line team. Sampling typically starts with blank or digitally proofed pouches before committing to gravure cylinders, then moves to filled-line trials once dimensions are approved.
Food-contact grade films are specified for EU sauce-base projects, with documentation for material composition and migration suitability available for the buyer's compliance review; final compliance depends on the filled recipe, process conditions and intended use. Where a PPWR-aligned packaging brief calls for recyclability, we can evaluate mono-PP or other mono-material options, but we do not promise recyclability without validating barrier, seal strength and filling performance. MOQ is 10,000 pouches per size and print design for custom gravure work, with lower quantities possible for stock structures and sampling. Typical lead time is 15–25 working days after artwork approval and receipt of plates or stock confirmation, plus transit to Germany and the EU.
