This edible-oil liner bag is engineered for bag-in-box and drum-in-box filling, with capacities from 5 L to 200 L to suit retail, catering and bulk decanting. The film can be specified as PE/PE, PE/EVOH/PE or PET/VMPET/PE depending on oxygen and light sensitivity; all contact layers use food-contact grade resin. Spout options include 16 mm, 22 mm and 32 mm fitments, plus high-flow filling valves for viscous oils. The liner is heat-sealed with controlled seam geometry to support drop and compression performance in transit. We can quote mono-PE recyclable constructions where the oil specification and shelf-life brief allow. Film thickness and fitment choice are confirmed during sampling, not assumed.
Printing is carried out by 10-colour rotogravure on our 15,000 m² clean workshop lines, allowing brand blocks, oil-grade information, filling marks and variable-data areas to be placed outside the seal and fitment zones. Artwork is checked for print direction, spout position and carton-opening orientation before plates are released. For German and EU buyers, we work with food-contact grade film and can discuss EU food-contact compliance documentation, migration testing status and PPWR-oriented recyclability options at quotation stage. We do not publish unverified certificates; the exact document pack is agreed per project and per material structure. Low-migration inks and solvent-retention controls can be specified for sensitive edible-oil applications, with retained samples kept for reference.
MOQ starts at 10,000 liner bags per SKU for printed structures, with lower quantities considered for unprinted trial runs. Sampling usually follows a two-stage route: a plain structural sample for fitment, film hand-feel and filling-line trials, then a printed pre-production sample after artwork approval. Typical lead time is 18–25 working days after signed artwork and sample approval, depending on film availability and fitment stock; repeat orders can be scheduled against rolling forecasts. We can supply technical drawings with spout centre, seal width and capacity tolerances so your filling equipment supplier can confirm nozzle alignment. Please share oil type, fill temperature, target shelf life, carton dimensions and expected fill volume so we can recommend a liner structure rather than a generic bag.
