This wine spout pouch is supplied in 1.5 L, 3 L and 5 L capacities for still wine, flavoured wine drinks and wine-based beverages. The standard food-contact-grade structure is PET/VMPET/PE, combining printability, metallic barrier and a heat-sealable PE product-contact layer; a mono-PE recyclable film option is available for PPWR-aligned packaging projects. The spout is welded into the pouch for filling through the fitment and can be specified with a valve or standard closure to suit German and EU filling-line requirements. Pouches can be printed by 10-colour rotogravure with matt or gloss finishes, and the clear or metallized film appearance can be selected according to shelf-life and branding needs. Sampling is available before bulk production.
Filling-line fit is central to this wine spout pouch. We review your filler, spout inserter, capping head and pouch-handling format before recommending fitment dimensions, spout orientation and pouch web width, so the bag can run reliably on existing EU equipment. The pouch can be supplied pre-made with the spout centred or offset, with or without a valve, and with standard or custom closure colours. For wine applications, the PE sealing layer and spout weld are specified for leak-resistant closure after filling; we can discuss filling temperature, headspace and closure torque against your process. MOQ starts from 10,000 pouches per SKU, and sampling is available to validate film feel, spout fit and print before bulk production.
Printing and compliance support are set up for German and EU buyers. Our 15,000 m² clean workshop uses 10-colour rotogravure to produce consistent brand colours, fine type and registration across 1.5–5 L wine spout pouches, with artwork checks before plates are cut. Film and spout materials are specified as food-contact grade for the intended wine application; documentation can be discussed during project review, without implying third-party certification. For PPWR-aligned projects, we can quote mono-PE recyclable structures and help compare barrier, shelf-life and filling-line trade-offs against PET/VMPET/PE. Sampling is available, and typical lead time is 15–25 working days after artwork and sample approval, subject to material availability and order quantity.
