This 2.5 l spout pouch is designed for liquid herbal extracts that need reliable barrier protection and clean dispensing. The standard structure is PET/VMPET/PE laminate, combining printability, metallised barrier and a sealant layer for secure spout welds. Food-contact grade film is selected around EU food-contact requirements and can be matched to the buyer’s compliance file. The top-fit spout is available with tamper-evident screw caps, and valve options can be assessed against the filling and dispensing method. Capacity can be customised from 500 ml to 5 l, so the same pouch format can support trial packs, pharmacy-style sizes and bulk refill containers. Mono-material or recyclable structures can be reviewed for PPWR-aligned projects.
Filling-line fit is central to the design. The pouch can be supplied with standard top spouts for semi-automatic or automatic fillers, and the flat bottom or stabilised base options help the pack stand for filling and retail display. Sealing windows and spout placement are confirmed against the customer’s filling nozzle, cap torque and closure system before production. Printing uses 10-colour rotogravure on the 15,000 m2 clean workshop lines, allowing German and EU brands to reproduce brand colours, batch information panels and bilingual EU labelling. Matte or gloss surface finishes, tear notches and hang-hole options are available where the pack format allows. Artwork is checked for bleed, barcode contrast and legal panel space before plates are made.
Sampling starts with a plain or printed pouch sample so filling, spout fit and barrier requirements can be checked before scale-up. MOQ is from 10,000 pouches per printed design, with lower quantities reviewed for initial market tests where tooling and material set-up allow. Lead time is typically 15–25 working days after artwork approval, plate confirmation and deposit; sampling is usually 7–10 working days. For German and EU buyers, we can discuss mono-PE or mono-PP recyclable structures, reduced material thickness and PPWR-aligned design choices without compromising spout weld strength. Please share the extract pH, preservative system, fill temperature and target shelf life so the structure, spout and sealing specification can be matched to the application.
