Built for food manufacturers filling concentrated sauce bases, this 3 l valve pouch combines a flexible food-contact laminate with a welded dispensing valve. Typical structures include PET/AL/PA/PE for high oxygen and light barrier, or PET/VMPET/PE where metallised barrier is sufficient; PE sealant layers are selected for sauce contact and heat-sealing strength. The pouch can be supplied with a screw-cap valve or tap valve, positioned to suit filling-line access and downstream handling. Filling can run through the valve where the line supports it, or via an open top before final valve sealing. The flat, stackable format helps reduce storage volume compared with rigid containers, while the valve supports controlled dispensing of pastes and sauce concentrates in industrial kitchens and food production.

We support artwork checks, colour targets and repeat-order consistency, with matt, gloss or tactile varnish options where the laminate allows.
