This fruit-juice Liner Bag is built as a flexible inner liner for bag-in-box, drum and intermediate bulk containers, with a practical 5–20 L working range and custom sizing on request. The standard high-barrier structure is PET/VMPET/PE, combining printability, metallised oxygen and light protection, and a food-contact sealing layer; PE/PE and mono-PE recyclable options are available for PPWR-aligned projects. A welded spout fitment supports clean filling and dispensing, with fitment style selected to suit your connector, cap or valve system. Film thickness, spout diameter and liner dimensions are confirmed against the filling line before sampling.
For fruit juice, the liner is specified around the filling regime: aseptic-compatible, hot-fill or chilled-fill handling can be discussed with your process parameters, and the film and fitment are matched to the required barrier, temperature and shelf-life target. The smooth inner surface supports drainage and reduces retention in the liner, while the robust outer ply protects the printed film during box or drum assembly. We use food-contact grade materials and can supply EU food-contact documentation for the selected construction; final compliance depends on the complete pack and intended use. Mono-PE and PE/PE recyclable structures help brands move toward PPWR-aligned packaging without changing the box or filling concept.
Printing is handled by 10-colour rotogravure, allowing strong brand colour, ingredient text and German-market information to be reproduced on the liner film; artwork is proofed before cylinder engraving. For project planning, MOQ is confirmed by structure, size, spout and print run—typically from 5,000–10,000 pieces for custom printed liners, with lower quantities possible for unprinted structures. Sampling follows a structured route: structure and fitment proposal, plain or printed sample, filling-line trial, then production approval. Lead time is usually 15–25 working days after artwork and sample approval, depending on film availability and spout tooling. Our Dongguan factory operates a 15,000 m² clean workshop and supports roll film, spout pouches and bag-in-box liner formats.
