This wine zipper pouch is built for German and EU buyers looking at flexible alternatives to glass for 1.5–3 l still wine. The pouch uses a food-contact grade laminated structure such as PET/EVOH/PE or PET/VMPET/PE to provide an oxygen and light barrier, with PE sealing layers for reliable zipper closure and filling-line performance. A secure press-to-close zipper supports resealing after opening, while an optional integrated pour spout or tap valve can be specified for controlled dispensing. Film stiffness, seal strength and fitment placement are matched to your filling equipment and closure system. Recyclable-ready mono-material and PPWR-aligned structure options can be reviewed during sampling.

Filling and handling are central to the specification. The pouch format can be supplied as flat or stand-up zipper pouches, with zipper profiles selected for wine contact and repeated opening. We recommend pre-production trials to confirm fill volume, headspace, seal parameters and spout/valve torque on your line. Printing is available in up to 10-colour rotogravure, allowing EU market-ready branding, varietal information, batch coding areas and recycling guidance to be placed clearly. Matte or gloss surface finishes, transparent windows and registered graphics can be combined with functional film layers. Sampling typically starts with unfilled or filled prototypes, depending on your filling method, so that machine trials and shelf-life discussions can be completed before scale-up.

Commercial supply from our Dongguan 15,000 m2 clean workshop is planned around your EU launch and refill strategy. MOQ for custom-printed wine zipper pouches is typically 10,000 pieces per SKU, with lower quantities possible for plain stock trials by agreement. Lead time is commonly 15–25 working days after artwork approval and deposit, depending on film availability, spout/valve choice and print complexity. We can provide food-contact grade film declarations and material specifications for your compliance file; final suitability should be confirmed through your own filling and shelf-life validation. Packaging is designed with PPWR recyclability and mono-material options in mind, and we can discuss film reductions and separate components.
