This 5 l liner bag is specified for beer concentrate and designed as a flexible inner liner for bag-in-box, drum or intermediate bulk containers where oxygen and aroma protection matter. The film can be built as a coextruded PE/EVOH/PE high-barrier structure or a PET/VMPET/PE laminate, using food-contact grade polymers and controlled seal layers for reliable spout welds. A mono-PE recyclable option is available when barrier and shelf-life targets allow, supporting PPWR-aligned packaging reviews. The bag is supplied flat or gusseted, with a large-bore spout positioned for clean filling and emptying. Capacity, film thickness and spout format are confirmed against the concentrate, filling temperature and intended dispense method before sampling.
Filling-line fit is central: the liner can be specified with a large-diameter spout, screw cap, or butt-welded valve, with spout pitch and neck dimensions matched to the customer’s filler, capper and box-loading sequence. The construction supports pressure-controlled filling, deaeration if required, and secure closure after filling. Printing is available by 10-colour rotogravure, so brand, batch and handling information can be placed on the liner or on a separate label, with artwork checked for distortion across the web. MOQ is 10,000 bags per size and print design; lower pilot quantities can be reviewed for trials. Sampling typically includes a pre-production sample in 7–10 working days after artwork, film and spout confirmation, followed by seal and fit checks on the intended filling line.
For EU buyers, the liner is produced from food-contact grade film and is specified to support the buyer’s own food-contact compliance assessment; final suitability depends on the beer concentrate, contact time and filling conditions. Where recyclability is a priority, we review a mono-PE or PE/EVOH/PE structure against the required oxygen barrier and mechanical strength, aiming for PPWR-aligned design without compromising seal reliability. The 15,000 m² clean workshop supports rotogravure printing, spout welding and bag making under one roof. Lead time is typically 20–25 working days after sample approval and print confirmation, subject to film and spout availability. We recommend sending concentrate specifications, fill volume, spout drawing and filling-line details so the liner bag, sample plan and MOQ can be confirmed precisely.
