This liquid egg vacuum pouch is built around a high-barrier food-contact film for oxygen and light protection in chilled or frozen distribution. Standard structures include PET/VMPET/PE and PET/AL/PE, with PA/EVOH/PE and mono-PE recyclable options available for review according to the filling line, shelf-life target and EU market requirements. The flexible pouch format supports 2–20 L capacities, welded spouts from 16 mm to 32 mm, and optional cap or valve configurations. Kody produces the film and pouch in a 15,000 m² clean workshop in Dongguan, using 10-colour rotogravure printing for brand graphics, lot coding areas and filling-line guidance. Samples can be made from approved artwork before production.
For liquid egg, the pouch is intended for automated filling through the spout, followed by vacuum or controlled-headspace closing, depending on the process and downstream equipment. The spout position, flange size and cap type can be matched to existing fillers, cappers and pouch-handling lines; we recommend sharing nozzle drawings and filling parameters before tooling approval. The high-barrier film helps limit oxygen ingress and supports pasteurised liquid egg products where the overall process is validated by the filler. Clear lot, date and batch zones can be printed inline or added during conversion. We do not publish unverified shelf-life claims: final performance depends on product formulation, pasteurisation, fill temperature, headspace and storage conditions.
Artwork is reproduced with 10-colour rotogravure, so German and EU buyers can plan consistent brand colours, matt or gloss finishes and functional print areas for batch coding. We offer structural drawdowns and short production samples against approved artwork; sampling is quoted after film structure, spout, capacity and print coverage are confirmed. Trial MOQs start from 500–1,000 pouches per SKU, with production volumes agreed by structure and print complexity. Typical lead time is 10–15 working days after sample approval and receipt of final print files, excluding freight. Food-contact grade film, EU documentation support and PPWR-aligned mono-PE options can be discussed during specification review, subject to final application and recycling assessment.
