This large-format spout pouch is positioned for aseptic puree packing, including fruit, vegetable and dessert purees, with a practical 1–10 l capacity range for foodservice and industrial buyers. The recommended high-barrier structure is PET/VMPET/PE, combining printability, metallised barrier and a food-contact-grade sealing layer; mono-PE or other recyclable-ready structures can be reviewed where barrier and shelf-life targets allow. The pouch uses a food-contact-grade PP spout and cap, with fitment dimensions and cap style matched to the filling line before tooling. The stand-up format supports stable filling and handling, while the spout allows controlled dispensing and resealing. We confirm film specification, spout size and filling conditions against your product and process before sampling.
For German and EU brand owners, the pouch can be printed by 10-colour rotogravure, supporting detailed graphics, batch/lot fields, bilingual legal copy and consistent colour across repeat orders. Artwork is checked for dieline, spout clearance and sealing zones before cylinder production. We use food-contact-grade film and can discuss documentation for EU food-contact assessment; final compliance and aseptic process validation remain product- and filler-specific. Where PPWR and recyclability targets are important, we compare the PET/VMPET/PE barrier option with mono-material or recyclable-ready alternatives, including their expected barrier, stiffness and filling-line behaviour. Surface finish, cap colour, spout type and optional handle or hanging features can be specified for retail, foodservice or bulk puree programmes.
Sampling starts with the filling-line brief: spout diameter, cap torque, fill temperature, puree viscosity and handling method. We can supply unprinted stock samples for fit trials, then custom printed samples after artwork and film confirmation, typically within 7–10 working days. Production MOQ is 10,000 pouches per design and size for custom rotogravure printing; lower quantities may be reviewed for unprinted or repeat structures. Standard lead time is 20–25 working days after sample approval and receipt of print-ready artwork, excluding Chinese public holidays. Please share your filler nozzle, capping equipment, target fill volume and shelf-life requirement so we can recommend the spout, film gauge and recyclable-ready structure without over-specifying the pack.
