This liquid pouch is specified for pasteurised liquid egg, including whole egg, yolk and albumen blends, in 1–10 l formats for foodservice, industrial and bulk ingredient use. The pouch is built around a high-barrier PET/AL/PE or PET/VMPET/PE laminate to support oxygen and light protection, with a puncture-resistant PE food-contact sealing layer and a welded spout for filling and dispensing. Spout diameter, cap style and fitment can be matched to your filling line, and the pouch geometry can be adapted for manual, semi-automatic or automatic filling. Production takes place in our 15,000 m² clean workshop in Dongguan using food-contact grade film. Please share your egg product, fill temperature, shelf-life target and downstream handling so we can confirm the most suitable structure.
Printing is by 10-colour rotogravure on reverse-printed or surface-printed film, allowing brand colour matching, ingredient and allergen information, filling marks and spout-positioning graphics for German and EU retail or foodservice channels. We support light customisation of pouch size, spout position, cap colour, fitment and film structure, with artwork checked before cylinder or plate production. Standard MOQ for printed liquid pouches is 10,000 pieces per SKU; unprinted or stock-structure sampling can start with lower quantities. Sampling typically includes a plain structure sample and, once artwork and tooling are confirmed, a printed pre-production sample. For PPWR-aligned projects, we can review material reduction, mono-material or recyclable-ready options where the required barrier and shelf life for liquid egg are validated. Please note final recyclability depends on the complete pack and local collection infrastructure.
All liquid pouches are produced from food-contact grade film, and relevant film supplier declarations can be reviewed during project qualification. The welded spout area is inspected for seal integrity, and finished pouches can be supplied with fitments suitable for your filler after line trials. For EU buyers, we support specification sheets, artwork files, packing lists and shipment coordination from Dongguan to German and other EU destinations. Typical lead time is 15–25 working days after printed sample approval and deposit, depending on film structure, spout type, print complexity and order quantity. To quote accurately, please send capacity, liquid egg type, fill temperature, shelf-life target, spout/cap preference, artwork status and estimated annual volume.
