Engineered for edible-oil packaging, this vacuum pouch is built around a high-barrier food-contact laminate such as PET/AL/PE or PET/NY/PE, selected to resist oil migration while limiting oxygen and light exposure. The vacuum format removes headspace and supports compact, stable packs for retail, catering and industrial oil portions. Available as flat or shaped pouches, it can incorporate a spout for controlled pouring or filling-line connection, with a clean-room production environment and 10-colour rotogravure printing for brand, grade and batch information. Film gauge, seal width, spout diameter and capacity from 1 l to 10 l are specified against the filling equipment and downstream handling requirements, including German and EU food-contact documentation needs.
For edible oil, the pouch can be supplied with a matching spout and cap for manual or automated filling, with options for vacuum sealing, spout fit and leak-check verification agreed during sampling. The construction is intended for cooking oil, olive oil, sunflower oil, rapeseed oil and blended oils where low-oxygen headspace and reliable seals are important. Smooth or textured film surfaces, hang-hole or carry-handle variants, and printed filling instructions can be developed around the filling line. Before production, we recommend filling trials with the actual oil and capping equipment to confirm spout compatibility, fill temperature, seal window and pack stability. Sampling typically covers empty bags, printed proofs and pilot-filled packs so buyers can approve dimensions and artwork.
Customisation covers pouch dimensions, spout type, cap colour, film structure, seal profile and 10-colour rotogravure artwork for German and EU retail or food-service use. We can review recyclable or mono-material structure options where the edible-oil shelf-life brief allows, alongside high-barrier laminates for longer protection. MOQ is typically 10,000 pcs per printed design, with plain or stock specifications discussed separately; sampling includes artwork proofs, dimension drawings and pilot bags before mass production. Lead time is usually 20–25 working days after sample and artwork approval, depending on film and spout availability. Food-contact grade film options and EU documentation requirements are confirmed during project review, and filling-line trials are recommended before the first production run.
