This stand-up spout pouch is designed for fruit juice in 250 ml to 2 l formats, giving German and EU buyers a compact shelf-ready alternative to bottles and cartons. The construction can be specified as PET/VMPET/PE for aroma and oxygen barrier, PET/AL/PE for longer ambient protection, or a mono-PE recyclable-ready structure where filling conditions and shelf-life targets allow. Food-contact grade film and a top-mounted spout with dust cap support clean filling and controlled pouring. The pouch stands upright on shelf and during filling, suits hot-fill or ambient fill lines after validation, and can be supplied with corner or top spout placement. We quote film specification against your juice pH, preservative system, pasteurisation route and target shelf life rather than applying one structure to every recipe.
Printing is handled in-house on 10-colour rotogravure presses, so brand colours, juice-variety identification, nutrition panels and German-language labelling can be produced on one reel with consistent registration. We support artwork checks for dieline, spout position and filling-seal zones before plates are cut. For filling-line fit, pouches can be supplied in rolls or pre-made stacks, with standard top spout and dust cap, and we review filler gripper dimensions, fill nozzle clearance, sealing temperature windows and capping torque with your line team. Sampling typically starts with a plain or printed prototype; gravure proofing follows after artwork approval. MOQ is from 10,000 pouches per SKU and structure, with lower quantities discussed for trials. Lead time is usually 15–25 working days after approved artwork and sample sign-off, depending on film availability and spout type.
For EU packaging reviews, we can propose recyclable-ready mono-material or high-barrier laminates and explain the trade-offs between barrier, shelf life and sorting. PPWR-aligned projects usually start with a packaging specification meeting: capacity, juice chemistry, pasteurisation, shelf-life target, filling line and disposal route. We do not claim certification unless it is documented for the exact structure; instead, we provide film declarations, material data and samples for your own compliance and migration assessment. Production runs on 15,000 m² clean workshop equipment with 10-colour rotogravure printing and spout-sealing lines, with in-process seal, print and spout checks. For Germany and the EU, we can plan packaging that supports refill, lightweighting and mono-material recycling where the juice process allows, and we keep the final structure and compliance approval with your qualified team.
