The pouch is produced in our 15,000 m² clean workshop in Dongguan using food-contact grade film, with a welded valve/spout fitment positioned for controlled filling and dispensing. A mono-PE recyclable structure can be reviewed on request where the oil’s shelf-life target and filling method allow. The format supports 1 l, 2 l, 3 l and 5 l projects, making it suitable for retail, food-service and bulk edible-oil packs. Printing is handled by 10-colour rotogravure, which gives German and EU buyers crisp brand colours, fine text and consistent repeatability across long edible-oil runs. We can print matte or gloss effects, lacquer areas and registration marks for automatic filling, while keeping the valve area clear for reliable sealing and capping. Sampling follows a practical approval route: film structure and fitment are confirmed first, then a printed or plain sample is produced for filling-line trials. Typical MOQ is 10,000 pcs per size and design, with lower trial quantities discussed for new projects. Lead time is usually 15–25 working days after artwork and sample approval, depending on film availability and fitment stock. For EU edible-oil projects, material declarations and food-contact documentation can be prepared for the selected film and fitment, using food-contact grade raw materials and controlled production. We keep the valve-pouch design compatible with common automatic fillers by confirming neck diameter, cap thread, valve opening pressure where applicable, and bag dimensions against your line. PPWR-aligned options are reviewed case by case: mono-PE or reduced-material structures where barrier and shelf-life allow, and high-barrier foil laminates where edible oil needs longer protection. Please note final recyclability depends on the chosen structure, fitment and local collection rules.
